London's Bimber Distillery collaborates with
London Underground "The Tube"!

Bimber Distillery is known for producing high quality single malt whiskey in the city of London.In addition to continuing to produce their particular products, they are also developing a unique collaboration with the London Underground, the symbol of this city.What is the thought that went into this project?

The first London single malt in 100 years!

Bimber Distillery (Bimber) opened in North Acton, west London, in 2015.

Since then, the distillery has been producing world-class single malt whiskies made with a balanced mix of both traditional production methods and modern techniques that are rarely seen today.

Ever since we started this distillery, we have been particularly particular about the quality of our whiskey and the traditional methods of production.At Bimber, our craftsmen do all the traditional work by hand, including floor malting and hand mashing, whereby barley that has been thoroughly watered is spread out on the floor and exposed to the air to germinate, and fermentation is done slowly.We use open-flame distillers and barrels from exceptional producers to achieve a unique taste experience.
