Premier Enterprises, the company behind the award-winning Maison Premiere oyster and cocktail bar in Brooklyn, NY, has opened its new cocktail lounge, Tigre.



Since opening in 2011, Maison Premiere has won almost every major industry award, including The World's 50 Best Bars, Taste Talk, Tales of the Cocktails and the James Beard Awards.

That's why 'Tigre' attracted so much attention even before it opened at the end of 2023.



Co-founders Joshua Boissy and Krystof Zizka have teamed up again with William Eliot, the long-time bar director at Maison Premiere.



We spoke to Eliot, who oversees the drinks programme at Tigre, about its cocktail menu.
