Craft brewery-owned bars and brewpubs are becoming increasingly popular in and around London.Brewery-run running clubs are apparently very popular these days.So I went out to cover the event.

Cheers to everyone, running and drinking!

Craft brewery running clubs get together once or twice a month for a run together, finishing at the brewery's own bar or pub! This seems to be a common course of action.



That certainly sounds like a lot of fun.



Mikkeller Bar London and Mikkeller Brewpub London, both located in East London, are directly owned by Mikkeller, a Danish craft beer company well known in Japan.



The running club was formed here in 2016.



'The first Mikkeller Running Club started in 2014 in Copenhagen, where we are based.It was inspired by one of the brand's founders, Mikkel Borg, who wanted to combine the two things he loves most: beer and running."

So says Jake Milne, London location manager.
