Living rooms instead of counters ("living rooms" instead of counters). This is the next bar trend! and Drink Planet's editors, who observe the bar scene around the world, are staring at it.Fréquence, a cocktail bar in Bastille, a young area of Paris, has been consistent in this style since it opened in 2018.What kind of place is it? The bar counter, where the identity of the restaurant can be recognized at a glance.

Cutting edge because it's analog! The coziness is in the degree of freedom!

An authentic cocktail bar where guests are free to relax, dance, and eat.

The quality of the cocktails is endorsed by The World Best. That is the cocktail bar "Fréquence" (Fréquence = frequency, frequency), which was established in 2018.

So began Guillaume QUENZA, chief bartender and one of the managers.

At the same time, we knew that having LP records would allow us to attract non-cocktail guests as well.People who like music, people who are interested in cocktails but feel intimidated by cocktail bars.We envisioned a comfortable place where these guests could come and try cocktails on the side. That's what I envisioned for this restaurant.A place to listen to music, eat, and relax. On weekends, it's a cocktail bar where you can dance."
