When you actually go there, you can see the amber-colored distillery behind a large glass window facing Kokusai-dori!The distillery was established by Izumiya, a liquor store with its head office in Kamagaya City, Chiba Prefecture.The distillery was opened at the same time as the attached restaurant, "NAHAbare," which serves shima-buta shabu-shabu and bar. We opened the distillery in the same space as the restaurant in order to pursue the possibilities of gin as a food alcohol.
