On October 7, the day before the awards ceremony, an experimental official event showcasing Hong Kong's signature cocktail and dim sum pairing was held at the renowned dim sum restaurant "Luen Heung Lau."

Hosting the event was Antonio Lai, a leading Hong Kong bartender who has frequently appeared in DRINK PLANET.

He played a central role in showcasing Hong Kong's unique charm to event attendees from around the world.
