In the latest Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 list, Hong Kong is one of the top cities with several top-ranked establishments, led by No. 1 Bar Leone. What's more, all of them are concentrated in the Central district of Hong Kong, an anomaly. In this issue, we pick up the latest hot bars in Hong Kong!

Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025, which was presented at the Wynn Palace in Macau on the evening of July 15, 2025, was also reported in DRINK PLANET's August 1 publication on the world's BAR situation.

Unfortunately, there were no entries from the host city of Macau, but that didn't stop a crazy number of bars from our neighbor Hong Kong from making the list.

As you can see, the No. 1 bar was Bar Leone, led by Italian Lorenzo Antinori.

(for the second year in a row after 2024!)

No. 11 is "Argo" at the Four Seasons Hong Kong, which was founded by Lorenzo.

No. 17 was "COA" (No. 1 in 2021, 2022, and 2023), followed by "Penicillin" at No. 27 and "The Savory Project" at No. 32. GOKAN, led by Shingo Gokan, ranked in at No. 33 for the first time.
