"Drink Japan 2025" Report

The 10th Drink Japan (Beverage & Liquid Food Development & Manufacturing Exhibition) was held over three days from December 3 to 5, 2025, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba.

What exactly is "Drink Japan"!?

Held in 2025, the 11th edition of "Drink Japan" is Japan's only trade show dedicated exclusively to beverages and liquid foods.

Approximately 300 exhibitors participated from both domestic and international markets.

Over 16,000 beverage industry professionals attended over the three days.

(Soft drink manufacturers, alcoholic beverage producers, dairy companies, health food/food manufacturers, craft beer makers, breweries, wineries... and of course, bartenders too!)

Held concurrently at the same venue: the "6th Food Factory Week Tokyo" and the "4th Foodservice Industry Innovation Week Tokyo".

Many attendees reportedly visited for three consecutive days, as it was impossible to see everything in just one day.

The event brought together key beverage industry sectors under one roof, covering beverages, raw materials, manufacturing technology, containers/packaging, production/brewing equipment, filling machines, quality control, sterilization/sterilization technology, craft beer-related topics, and more.
