The Jerry Thomas Speakeasy was born in Rome, Italy in 2010 and opened its second location, The Jerry Thomas Bar Room, in 2024.We spoke with Gregory Camillò, Group Manager of The Jerry Thomas Project, about the cocktails at The Jerry Thomas Bar Room, which are a result of his unique perspective and attention to detail!

Garibaldi" is a fusion of tradition and evolution!

When you think of "Garibaldi," what comes to mind for most Italians? It's the drink often served at weddings and other special ceremonies. In Italy, the Garibaldi, along with the Bellini (peach and Prosecco) and Rossini (strawberry and Prosecco), is a well-known cocktail traditionally offered at such events.


Picture yourself at a wedding reception, with a table draped in a white cloth, where flute glasses are elegantly arranged in a triangular formation. Nearby, a server stands with pitchers of Bellini, Rossini, and Garibaldi, ready to pour your chosen cocktail. This is what comes to mind when Italians think of the "Garibaldi."
