The legendary Duke's Martini!

He quickly pours the vermouth into a large frozen frozen frosty frozen glass, and then, in a very familiar manner, he twirls the glass around and around, letting the vermouth coat the glass.

The next moment, he tosses the excess vermouth onto the carpet on the floor (to the delight of the guests!).Next, the extra vermouth is tossed on the floor and the chilled London Dry Gin is poured into the glass.

Next, he cuts out the peel of a large, thick, organic lemon from Amalfi, Italy, and twists it with both hands as if squeezing it, pouring as much of the lemon's oil as he can onto the glass.

This entire process is done right in front of the guests.

Alessandro Palazzi, head barman of the Dukes Bar since 2007, says, "I make about 300 to 350 martinis a day!
