After two years of construction, Bar Nouveau, the newest addition by bar industry celebrity Remy Savage, has opened in the Marais, a fierce cocktail battleground in Paris.But in no time at all, it has become a popular must-go address.Why does it attract so many people?　To find out the secret, we went to the site and interviewed the people there!

Remy Savage has been a regular on The World's 50 Best Bars since becoming chief bartender at Littel Red Door in 2012.

In 2022, he was named International Bartender of the Year by the Spirited Award, making him the world's best bartender in both name and reality.

Currently based in London, he is working to advance the world of cocktails.

He and cocktails have a "fish out of water" relationship: he is the fish, the cocktail is the water.

He is free to do as he pleases, and he never stops making strides swimming in the ever-changing waters of the name "cocktail.
