In Tokyo's bar scene these days, "Have you been to 'Tokyo Confidential'?" is a clichéd greeting in Tokyo's bar scene these days. We asked Holly Graham, founder of Tokyo Confidential, and Wakana Murata, head bartender Waka, about their experiences!

When asked why she chose Tokyo as the city to open her first bar, Holly Graham replied, somewhat jokingly.

Previously based in Hong Kong, Holly was invited by her co-founder to open Tokyo Confidential on the top floors (9th and 10th) of a new building in Azabu-juban, Tokyo.

The official opening date is 12 October 2023.

However, this is only a soft opening at this point, and the restaurant will actually start running with the opening, gradually creating an atmosphere that is uniquely Tokyo Confidential.

I myself have only been in Tokyo for a month (laughs).
