This month's feature is LOOPS, a coffee bar & lounge where you can enjoy craft cocktails crafted by bartenders and authentic food from cafes and coffee shops around the world. Located directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station—a location unlike any bar before—could this be where a new liquid culture is born!?

Located directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station, LOOPS sees its guest demographics shift dramatically depending on the time of day.

Craft cocktails paired with food appeal to a wide range of ages, regardless of gender. The food is a modern take on familiar coffee shop menu items.

For example, the set of "Fried Chicken with Cocktail Sauce and Herb Sour Cream" and "French Fries with Herbes de Provence," popular with a wide range of ages, is paired with a "Rose Sangria" based on "Daiya-me."

"Sangria, which combines wine and citrus fruits, is given a twist with rosé wine, rosehip tea, and rose syrup, as the name 'Rose' suggests.

The rose aroma brings out the nuances of lychee from the Daiyame," says head bartender Reiji Kuronuma.
