Mojito & Caipirinha STAND BAR, which opened near Kokusai-dori in Naha in spring 2024, is a stand bar specializing in mojitos and caipirinhas, as the name suggests.
This is a sister bar to "Julep," a rum and cachaça specialty restaurant in Ikejiri, Tokyo, where you can enjoy authentic latin spirits in a casual standing style.
Mojitos and caipirinhas that faithfully reproduce the authentic taste are very popular among Japanese and foreign tourists alike.
Our recommendation is, of course, the caipirinha.Caipifrutta (fruit caipirinha) made with pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit, and other seasonal fruits is also good, but the most popular is the standard recipe.Single, double, and triple servings are available.
Standing at the counter is João, a Brazilian.According to him, it is the lime and sugar that make the caipirinha.
It is a simple cocktail made with only three ingredients: cachaça, lime, and sugar, so the balance of each is important, but the lime is especially important.
