The first "01" of the "SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL" series has finally been unveiled.

Named "EXPERIMENTAL," meaning "experimental," this non-peat version is a batched blend of base alcohol aged in multiple casks, including bourbon, oak, and sherry casks.

"The alcohol content is set at a high 50 degrees.

Whiskey is a luxury item, so we want to take advantage of the various ways to enjoy whiskey.The style of enjoying it with added water is a typical example."

"SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL 01" is available for a limited time and in limited quantities at SHINDO LAB STAND, a concept store that opened last summer on the premises of SHINDO LAB.

You will get a bottle to experience the change in flavor caused by the addition of water.
