Takenotsuka → Chicago → NY → Asakusa!

Masahiro Otake, owner and bartender of "Living Room Asakusa," is originally from Takenotsuka in Adachi Ward, Tokyo.

He grew up in the so-called Tokyo downtown area, just a direct ride on the Tobu Isesaki Line to Asakusa, less than 30 minutes by train.

Working part-time at an izakaya during high school sparked his interest in the food and beverage industry. After graduating high school, he moved to Chicago, USA, and soon after began his career as a bartender at "SAKE Bar" in New York.

In New York, he frequented famous bars like PDT and Angel's Share, experiencing firsthand the energy of the New York bar scene at the time.

After staying in New York for about two years, he returned to Japan. While honing his skills at bars in Tokyo, he simultaneously started a food truck business.

Together with his childhood friend Jiro Yamagishi and others, he sold New York-style chicken over rice under the name "LOST & FOUND".

("LOST & FOUND" became the company name!)
