Tales of the Cocktail 財団（TOTCF）は、 2023年7月28日、第17回Spirited Awards®の受賞者を発表。授賞式が華やかに行われました。

2007年の創設以来、Spirited Awards®は業界で最も尊敬される賞のひとつとなり、アメリカ国内外の業界賞、執筆・メディア賞、ワールド ベストバー賞やワールド ベスト カクテルメニュー賞など、地域を超えた総合的な賞で構成されています。
