There is an acidity in the coffee that reminds me of berries, so it tastes somewhat like chocolate. The bar has been just remodeled. The vinyl records and atmospheric lighting fit the mood of the store perfectly.

A bar in a place like this? Nakata Yousyutei is located in a corner of a residential area.It serves standard cocktails and coffee, and has the atmosphere of a bar where locals can relax.

The bar opened in 2013.Ryo Nakata, who trained at a hotel bar, says, "When we first opened, we had a lot of American whiskeys that I liked and collected, so it was a bit more like an authentic bar," but as the business continued, Nakata's interests shifted from American whiskey to wine, then to sherry and Madeira. As Nakata's interests expanded from American whiskey to wine, and then to sherry and Madeira, his style changed.

Currently, the style is like an Italian bar where both coffee and cocktails can be enjoyed.

There is a roastery cafe that I have been going to for a long time, and I am friends with the master there, so I started brewing coffee.

I thought it would be convenient for people to come in for a drink if I had both cocktails and coffee.

It was a strange thing, and as I brewed coffee day after day, it became more and more interesting.
