The cocktails at the Zeta Bar are invariably rearranged and are essentially unique to the place. The entire menu is created by bar consultant Grant Collins, who is also the general manager. We asked him to show us some of his creations.

This is a slightly hallucinogenic cocktail.

Spray a glass of cocktail with 'black pepper aroma'.

Smell the 'black pepper aroma' before you put it in your mouth to excite your brain.
